After the initial greetings, participants received a welcome kit signed Asics and Mister Running, and above all they identified the perfect shoes for their running style. Thanks to the experience of the brand trainers we talked about biomechanics, injury prevention and the correct choice of running shoes , one of the key elements to enjoy running and improve your performance.

The race The most awaited moment

A warm-up session and activation led by the guys from Running Club Parma paved the way for the shakeout run, a 5 km route inside the CUS facility that allowed runners to test the shoes and perceive the differences between the various models to evaluate their level of comfort on the field. The Gel-Nimbus 27 amazed with their softness and cushioning, ideal for runners looking for maximum comfort in medium and long distances. The Gel-Cumulus 27, on the other hand, convinced those who want a more versatile, lightweight and reactive shoe.

After the run, the morning ended with a well-deserved refreshment of snacks, chats and smiles. It was a wonderful opportunity to exchange ideas and share the most authentic pleasure of running together with those who share the same passion as us: running.
