With the Garmin Forerrunner 15 GPS wrist device you can keep track of the steps taken during the day even when you are training without the need to wear a seprate pedometer. The Forerunner 15 counts steps, distance and calories burned during the day. The Forerunner 15 is also motivational and notifies you when it is time to move if you're sitting for over an hour. When receiving this notice alert, you rest the device by walking for a couple of minutes. By connecting to the Garmin Connect you can also see your run on a map and get more from your run with details on each kilometer.
